Paul F. Ready has served clients throughout San Luis Obispo since 1982, focusing on bankruptcy law, commercial transactions, and real estate matters. With a strong presence in both State and Federal courts, Paul has earned a trusted reputation for representing banks, landlords, and local businesses in complex legal issues.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University in 1979. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in 1982. His educational foundation supports his deep understanding of business law and financial systems in legal contexts.

Paul began his legal career with a commitment to combining academic insight with practical experience. Paul taught Business Law at California Polytechnic State University from 1983 to 1993 and frequently lectures on bankruptcy, foreclosures, and real property law. Paul represents clients in commercial real estate and creditor-debtor cases, and often serves as a court-appointed Receiver and Referee in civil disputes.
