Allison L. Kierman

Allison L. Kierman is the founder of Kierman Law and an Arizona estate planning lawyer with nearly two decades of legal experience. Her practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate litigation. She also provides business consulting and legal counseling to families and business owners. Her work helps clients organize assets, plan for incapacity and wealth transfers, and address disputes connected with estates and fiduciary responsibilities.

Kierman earned a J.D., with honors, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2005, where she served as a staff writer for the Iowa Law Review and participated on the Trial Advocacy Team. She received an M.Sc., with honors, from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2002 and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Baylor University in 2001, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Kierman’s practice addresses planning before a death as well as legal issues that arise during estate administration. She prepares estate plans designed around a client’s family, property, and business circumstances and handles probate-related disputes when disagreements develop. Allison L. Kierman founded Kierman Law in 2017 after building experience in the Phoenix and Scottsdale legal communities. She was selected as a Southwest Rising Star from 2012 through 2016 and received a DLA Piper Phoenix Pro Bono Award in 2011.
