About
Darius O. Bursh is a partner and Arizona trial attorney whose practice includes personal injury, litigation, and business law. He represents individual and business clients in plaintiff and defense matters and brings more than 27 years of legal experience to contested cases. His work includes injury claims and broader civil disputes that require factual investigation, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom preparation when the parties cannot resolve their differences.
Bursh earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1990 and a J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1996. His education and years of trial practice provide a foundation for evaluating liability, damages, contracts, business issues, and litigation risk. That background supports his ability to represent clients on different sides of civil disputes and adapt strategy to the specific matter.
Bursh began his legal career working in corporate defense for a national insurance company. In 1999, he shifted into plaintiff-side representation, adding experience pursuing claims on behalf of injured people. His career has therefore included perspectives from both defense and plaintiff work. He applies that experience to personal injury and civil litigation while also advising business clients on disputes that can involve commercial relationships and contested legal obligations.
Darius O. Bursh brings a broad litigation background to cases involving personal injuries, businesses, and other civil conflicts. His experience with insurance defense and plaintiff claims gives him familiarity with how opposing parties evaluate evidence, damages, and settlement positions. He helps clients assess the strengths and risks of a dispute, prepare for litigation, and pursue practical resolutions while remaining prepared to present contested issues in court.
