Allen L. Anderson

Allen L. Anderson is a highly experienced attorney specializing in commercial law, construction law, employment law, and corporate and government contracting. He represents businesses, public entities, and government agencies in contract negotiations, corporate compliance, litigation, and risk management. His expertise extends to drafting and negotiating agreements for product supply, equipment leasing, software licensing, indemnity, and insurance. Allen has successfully advised numerous organizations on employment and workforce matters and has played a key role in helping businesses establish corporate compliance programs.

Allen earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997, where he served as Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was recognized by the Order of the Barristers for his excellence in advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wofford College.
