Richard K. Walker

Richard K. Walker is a distinguished attorney with over 30 years of experience representing corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in complex litigation. His expertise spans labor and employment law, class action defense, and cases involving intricate technological issues. He is also one of the few attorneys in Arizona with significant experience handling claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. With honors, Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 1970. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas in 1975, where he served as Articles Editor of the Kansas Law Review. As a Fulbright Direct Exchange Scholar, he also studied at Universität Bonn and Universität Tübingen in Germany, further expanding his academic expertise.

In addition to his legal practice, he served as an Assistant and Associate Professor of Law at the University of South Carolina from 1977 to 1982, teaching employment discrimination, labor law, civil procedure, and evidence.
