Alison M. Pear

Alison M. Pear is a Partner at Buchalter in Portland whose corporate practice focuses on securities regulation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises public companies, private businesses, start-ups, and investment-related entities on reporting obligations, financings, governance, and strategic transactions.
