A substantial part of his practice involves representing employers in courts and before administrative agencies. He combines preventive counseling with litigation experience to address disputes, compliance questions, and workforce-management decisions.
Andrew M. Schpak has held major leadership roles in the American Bar Association and the Multnomah Bar Association and serves on business and civic boards.
