Alison Bloom

Alison Bloom is a skilled attorney whose practice spans estate planning, probate, business law, and tax-focused legal strategies. She is board certified in estate planning and probate law in Texas and regularly advises clients on structuring their estates and businesses to achieve both legal clarity and tax efficiency.

Alison earned her B.B.A. in Accounting with honors from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1991. She later graduated magna cum laude with a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2014, where she was inducted into the Order of the Lytae. In 2017, she completed an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center, providing her with advanced knowledge in complex tax planning.
