Elizabeth Pringle Johnson

Elizabeth Pringle Johnson’s legal practice covers a broad spectrum of transactional matters, including commercial real estate, lease and contract negotiations, and banking. Throughout her distinguished career, she has consistently provided trusted counsel to her clients, ensuring precision in complex transactions and agreements. Elizabeth’s background includes serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Camden Property Trust, as well as being a partner at the prominent firm Winstead, P.C.

Elizabeth earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Alabama. As a law student, she graduated in the top 5% of her class, was a member of the Alabama Law Review, and received American Jurisprudence Awards in several subjects. Her undergraduate achievements include graduating magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa honors, and leadership awards such as the John Ramsey Award and membership in the Anderson Society.
