Elizabeth Pringle Johnson’s legal practice covers a broad spectrum of transactional matters, including commercial real estate, lease and contract negotiations, and banking. Elizabeth’s background includes serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Camden Property Trust, as well as being a partner at the prominent firm Winstead, P.C.

Elizabeth earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Alabama. As a law student, she graduated in the top 5% of her class, was a member of the Alabama Law Review, and received American Jurisprudence Awards in several subjects. Her undergraduate achievements include graduating magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa honors, and leadership awards such as the John Ramsey Award and membership in the Anderson Society.

Holding an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale–Hubbell, Elizabeth has a reputation for excellence and ethical practice. She is admitted to practice in all courts within the State of Texas, allowing her to represent clients confidently across a broad jurisdictional range.

Elizabeth has held leadership positions with the Women’s Finance Exchange in Houston and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN). Her service extends to education and healthcare organizations, including executive board roles at St. Agnes Academy and Lanier Middle School, as well as volunteer contributions to organizations like Medical Bridges and Easter Seals.
