Tiffanie S. Clausewitz brings over 10 years of dedicated legal service to individuals and businesses across diverse sectors. She focuses her practice on business law, commercial and employment litigation, real estate disputes, estate planning, probate, and appellate work. Known for her sharp litigation skills and client-centered approach, she resolves complex legal issues with efficiency and care.

Tiffanie’s educational path reflects a solid foundation in law and public service. Tiffanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University. She followed this with a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In 2008, she obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Throughout her career, Tiffanie has represented clients in a broad range of legal matters, including business torts, entity formation and dissolution, employment claims, construction defects, breach of contract, and deceptive trade practices. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, several U.S. District Courts in Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Tiffanie is highly engaged in her legal and local communities. She is a Fellow of both the Texas and San Antonio Bar Foundations and has served on multiple boards. As the founding Director and current Curriculum & Faculty Chair of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Foundation’s LEAD Academy, she champions women’s leadership in law.

Tiffanie S. Clausewitz’s accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards, including “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America in 2021. She has also received the Outstanding Young Alumnus award from St. Mary’s University School of Law and was named an Outstanding Lawyer by the San Antonio Business Journal. With a record of community service, professional leadership, and outstanding advocacy, Tiffanie continues to support clients while elevating standards within the legal field.
