Alicia L. Gutierrez

Alicia L. Gutierrez has practiced law in Albuquerque for more than three decades, focusing on employment law, banking litigation, real estate, contracts, and general civil matters. She is widely recognized for her ability to handle both transactional and litigation issues, offering clients the benefit of her deep legal knowledge and practical problem-solving skills.

Alicia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1986 and began practicing with the Moses Firm in 1988. She is admitted before all New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her professional memberships include the American Bar Association and the New Mexico State Bar.
