Ali Alavi, Esquire, is a founding member of Alavi + Braza, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on real estate law. For over 20 years, he has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in the development, acquisition, and financing of residential and commercial properties. Ali earned his B.S. in 1990 and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. He began his legal career in patent law before fully transitioning to real estate. This early experience sharpened his analytical skills and continues to influence his strategic approach to real estate matters. He handles all aspects of transactional real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, financing documentation, title review, closings, and development issues.
Beyond his legal practice, Ali is known for his commitment to educating the public and industry professionals. He co-hosted Real Estate Radio Boston, a weekly program on WBZ 1030, for more than five years. The show featured expert commentary and practical advice on “all things real estate,” reaching a wide regional audience.
