Dominic Poncia

Dominic Poncia is a Boston-based real estate attorney and partner at Warshaw, Di Carlo & Poncia, P.C. He focuses his legal practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and lenders throughout Massachusetts. Dominic graduated from the University of New Hampshire and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He began his legal career clerking for the Hillsborough County Superior Court and later for a solo practitioner in Dedham. While still in law school, he joined his current firm as a law clerk, training in every aspect of real estate law and litigation.
