Joseph D. Uliano

Joseph D. Uliano, Esquire, is an Associate at Alavi + Braza, P.C., where he focuses his practice on real estate law. His experience includes representing both buyers and sellers, advising residential and commercial condominium developers, negotiating short sales, and serving as a closing attorney for local and national lenders. Joseph provides legal counsel throughout all stages of real estate transactions, helping clients navigate complex matters such as land use, title issues, and condominium conveyancing.

Joseph earned his B.A. in History and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross and later obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court. In this role, he wrote decisions on key real estate topics, including adverse possession and land use disputes—an experience that helped sharpen his legal writing and analytical skills.

Before becoming an attorney, Joseph served as an aide to then-Governor Mitt Romney, where he managed the Governor’s daily schedule, public events, private meetings, press briefings, and high-profile international visits. This hands-on experience in government and public service gave him exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to operate effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
