Noel Di Carlo

Noel Di Carlo is a Senior Partner at Warshaw, Di Carlo & Poncia, P.C., where she concentrates her legal practice in real estate transactions and estate planning. Since joining the firm in 2005 and becoming a Partner in 2013, she has earned a reputation for her deep knowledge, client-centered approach, and strong leadership. Noel represents buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and developers in residential and investment property transactions, new construction, and condominium conversions. She also advises families on personal planning matters, including wills, trusts, guardianships, and health care documents.

Noel graduated from Wellesley College and received her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is fluent in Italian and Spanish.

Noel Di Carlo currently serves as the 2025 President of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and previously chaired its Residential Conveyancing Section for over a decade.
