Alex Isbell has more than fifteen years of exclusive experience in immigration law, representing individuals and companies in complex immigration matters. He is recognized for his success in immigration court, with USCIS, and in appellate cases involving wrongful denials. His work empowers clients to pursue opportunities in the U.S. with clarity and confidence.

Alex began his academic journey earning a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College in 1999. He then became a Fulbright Grantee at the University of Helsinki from 1999 to 2000. He went on to earn his J.D. from Villanova University in 2005, where he contributed to the Environmental Law Journal and represented clients through the CARES clinic. His commitment to justice was recognized with the Villanova Alumni Association’s Award for Pro Bono Service.

Alex has developed extensive experience in employment-based immigration, helping companies secure visas for global talent. He handles EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, and National Interest Waiver petitions. He has also successfully managed PERM and labor certification processes and filed District Court cases for unreasonable delays or petition denials.

Alex’s record includes successful outcomes across a wide range of visa categories, such as O-1 and P visas for athletes, artists, and professionals; TN and H-1B visas for skilled workers; L-1A and L-1B petitions for executives and specialists; and E-1 and E-2 visas for treaty investors. His work also extends to F-1 reinstatements, U visas for crime victims, and T visas for trafficking survivors.

Alex Isbell remains committed to serving clients with excellence, skill, and compassion in every immigration matter he handles. Alex regularly volunteers with organizations, including the African Family Health Organization (AFAHO) in West Philadelphia. He participates in Citizenship Days across the Delaware Valley to help individuals on the path to U.S. citizenship.
