About
Christopher M. Casazza is a co-founder of Palladino, Isbell & Casazza LLC (PIC Law), one of the largest immigration law firms on the East Coast. With a reputation for excellence in removal defense and federal litigation, he has spent over a decade guiding individuals and families through the most complex immigration matters.
Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and several U.S. District Courts across the country. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in Villanova Law’s CARES Clinic.
Before establishing PIC Law, Christopher worked as a senior attorney and partner at two respected immigration law firms, handling cases involving asylum, deportation defense, criminal immigration issues, U-Visas, waivers, and employment-based petitions. He is widely known for achieving favorable results in difficult litigation, including oral arguments before the Third Circuit.
Christopher’s legal impact extends beyond the courtroom. Mr. Casazza has been recognized by media outlets such as The New York Times, NPR, Telemundo, and VICE News for his insights on immigration law. In 2017, he was named one of Billy Penn’s “16 young minds shaping Philly’s legal landscape,” affirming his standing as a thought leader in his field.
Christopher frequently lectures at continuing legal education (CLE) events and legal conferences. His presentations on removal orders, federal appeals, and humanitarian relief equip fellow attorneys with the tools to effectively represent immigrant clients. He is also deeply involved in professional associations and community service.
As a board member and Legal Operations Chair for Justice for Our Neighbors – Delaware Valley (JFON-DV), Christopher M. Casazza helps provide free and low-cost legal services to immigrants. He continues to shape immigration law with dedication, skill, and a commitment to justice.
