Alaina M. Stedillie

Alaina M. Stedillie is a Partner and the Contact Partner for Crowley Fleck Law, Casper, Wyoming office. She is a key member of the firm’s Tort Litigation Practice Group and is recognized for her deep expertise in government liability, civil rights defense, and professional liability cases, including legal malpractice. Alaina also advises clients on labor and employment law, with a focus on workers’ compensation, discrimination matters, and regulatory compliance. Her services include workplace investigations and ongoing legal counsel for employers.

Alaina earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007 and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Creighton University, summa cum laude, class of 2004.

Since her admission to the Wyoming Bar in 2008, Alaina has represented a broad range of clients in complex legal disputes. Her commercial litigation practice covers contract and shareholder disputes, oil and gas service contract breaches, and loan and stock agreement violations. She also represents clients in professional liability matters and is frequently appointed as a guardian ad litem in custody and vulnerable adult cases.

Alaina is known for her strength in appellate advocacy, particularly in civil rights and child custody appeals. Her legal strategy emphasizes identifying creative solutions and leveraging complex legal issues to achieve strong outcomes. She brings strategic thinking and persistence to every case, from trial to appeal.

Beyond her litigation work, Alaina M. Stedillie serves as Co-Chair of Crowley Fleck Law Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. She played a key role in drafting the firm’s DEI policy and continues to lead efforts to promote inclusive practices. Her contributions include training programs and internal resources that foster awareness and participation across the firm.
