Aimée D. Dayhoff is a Minneapolis business and employment litigator who represents companies in commercial disputes, employment litigation, counseling, and alternative dispute resolution. Her business litigation work includes breach of contract, breach of warranty, manufacturing defects, insurance claims, and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration. Aimée earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law, where she served on the William Mitchell Law Review and later as Assistant Editor. She received a B.A. in Political Science and French, with honors notation, from Indiana University.
