Adam began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 1994, earning multiple Honor Roll recognitions. He then became a Certified Paralegal through Northeastern University in Boston. His passion for law led him to pursue a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he was again honored with academic distinctions, including a prestigious “Book Award.”

Adam was selected to participate in the Elder Law Clinic during law school due to his excellence in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. There, he represented seniors in court and handled estate matters under licensed supervision. After graduation, before officially joining the Florida Bar, he was invited to serve as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office in Sanford, where he later accepted a full-time role as Assistant State Attorney.

Adam’s dedication shifted toward private practice, where he deepened his focus on Criminal Law and later on Divorce and Family Law. His areas of practice include parental responsibility, timesharing, support issues, asset division, paternity matters, and injunctions. His expertise also spans military and same-sex divorce cases, making him a well-rounded practitioner in family law.

Adam is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, committed to impartiality and empathy in mediation sessions. He believes mediation should center on compassion and genuine concern, ensuring all parties feel heard and valued during the process.

Adam Sacks remains devoted to serving his clients with both skill and sincerity, setting a high standard for legal advocacy in sensitive family matters. His commitment to justice, clarity, and human dignity continues to define his professional journey.
