Andrew earned his B.A. in History from the University of Florida before completing his J.D. at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. After law school, Andrew served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit from 2014 to 2018. He also trained fellow attorneys in courtroom practice, jury trials, and legal motions, showing his leadership in criminal defense.
