Adam Rossen

Adam Rossen Esq., is a Florida criminal defense lawyer, CEO, and managing partner at Rossen Law Firm, who represents people facing serious charges in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. His work focuses on DUI, domestic violence, drug offenses, sex crimes, violent crimes, and other criminal matters. He brings nearly two decades of experience to each case, using a clear strategy and careful preparation. As a former prosecutor, he understands how the state builds cases and uses that knowledge to protect clients at every stage of prosecution successfully statewide.

Adam earned dual degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. This education gave him a strong base in human behavior, criminal justice, legal research, and courtroom advocacy. His training helps him review evidence closely, explain legal issues clearly, and build defenses that address both the facts of the case and the needs of the client during difficult court proceedings statewide.

Adam began his legal career as a prosecutor in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He handled cases involving DUIs, drug charges, habitual offenders, serious felonies, and violent crimes. That role gave him strong trial experience and a close view of how criminal cases move through the court system. In 2008, he moved into criminal defense, choosing to stand with accused people and challenge unfair evidence, weak claims, and aggressive prosecution tactics used against vulnerable defendants in court each day.
