Adam J. McNeile

Adam J. McNeile is a California consumer lawyer and managing partner at Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP, representing individuals against large corporations in complex disputes. His practice focuses on consumer financing, door-to-door sales scams, warranty law, elder abuse, civil rights violations, and solar financing fraud. He has represented hundreds of consumers and served as lead counsel in dozens of class actions. His work has secured injunctions against major corporations and substantial debt relief for California consumers through litigation.

Adam earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2011. He earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2008. Before entering consumer advocacy, he worked on bankruptcy litigation and complex financial transactions.
