Beth Terrell

Beth Terrell is a founding member of Terrell Marshall Law Group PLLC and a Seattle plaintiff-side litigation lawyer. He has more than 20 years of experience handling complex litigation. Her practice focuses on class actions, consumer law, employment law, civil rights, commercial litigation, appeals, and wage and hour matters. She has served as co-lead counsel in multistate and nationwide class actions that produced substantial settlements for consumers and workers.

Beth earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University. Her academic background provided a foundation for a career focused on complex litigation, consumer rights, and employment disputes.

Beth has represented plaintiffs in significant consumer, employment, and defective product cases. Her representative matters include class actions involving debt collection practices, mortgage servicing, automotive defects, and defective residential systems. She served as counsel in litigation producing nationwide settlements valued at tens of millions of dollars. He has further handled wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation cases. She frequently speaks on class actions, consumer protection, legal ethics, gender equity, and electronic discovery.

Beth Terrell is admitted to practice in Washington and California and before numerous federal district and appellate courts. He has served as president of the Public Justice Foundation Board of Directors. She chairs the Northwest Consumer Law Center and the Washington Employment Lawyers Association. Her professional recognition includes the Vern Countryman Award and selections to Washington Super Lawyers, Top 50 Women Super Lawyers, and Top 100 Washington Super Lawyers.
