Thomas J. Jarzyniecki, Jr

Thomas J. Jarzyniecki, Jr. is a senior partner at Kightlinger & Gray in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. His practice focuses on fire and explosion litigation, product liability, wrongful death, construction, civil rights and governmental liability defense, and alternative dispute resolution. Jarzyniecki also works with insurers and utility companies on significant claims involving personal injury, property damage, fatalities, and first-party insurance issues.

Jarzyniecki earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1985 and a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. He was admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois in 1985 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His education and litigation experience support careful analysis of technical, insurance, and liability issues.

Jarzyniecki has more than 30 years of experience handling major fire and explosion losses involving personal injuries, fatalities, and property damage. He serves as chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Fire Science and Litigation Specialized Litigation Group and has held leadership roles with the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
