Adam Friedman

Adam Friedman is a Florida personal injury and insurance litigation attorney who represents homeowners, policyholders, and accident victims in disputes with insurance companies. His practice includes personal injury, first- and third-party insurance disputes, property insurance claims, traffic cases, and insurance bad faith matters. He helps clients address delayed, underpaid, and denied claims while using his prior insurance-defense experience to evaluate how insurers investigate losses, calculate exposure, and respond to demands for compensation.

Adam earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating in the top five percent of his class. During law school, he served on the St. Thomas Law Review, received multiple CALI Book Awards, and regularly appeared on the Dean’s List. He also earned an M.S., cum laude, and a B.S., magna cum laude, in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University.

Adam began practicing law in 2012 by defending major auto and property insurance companies. That experience gave him direct knowledge of how insurers evaluate, underpay, and deny claims. In 2017, he moved exclusively to plaintiff-side work, representing homeowners and people injured in accidents. His work now includes first-party property damage claims, personal injury litigation, traffic-related matters, and bad faith exposure. He has recovered millions of dollars for Florida policyholders and injured clients.

Adam Friedman is admitted to practice in Florida and before the US District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. His background on both sides of insurance disputes helps him identify coverage issues, anticipate insurer strategies, and prepare claims for negotiation or litigation.
