Abigail Neal

Abigail Neal is an Arizona estate planning, probate, and business lawyer and the founder of Neal Law Firm in Scottsdale. Abigail practices primarily in estate planning and probate, business law, and contracts. She prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other planning documents, and she assists with estate administration and probate. She advises individuals and businesses on entity formation, asset purchases, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and contract preparation and review.

Abigail earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she received an Award of Excellence for Pro Bono Service and made the Dean’s List. She earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, cum laude, from Arizona State University, with concentrations in Business and Communication. During law school, she volunteered with the Victim’s Rights and Small Business Legal Aid Clinics, gaining experience with client service and practical legal issues.

Abigail previously worked as a commercial and civil litigator handling contract disputes, intentional torts, personal injury, fraud, business and shareholder disputes, insurance defense, employment matters, medical malpractice, collection issues, and eminent domain. That litigation background informs her current transactional and planning practice. She serves as corporate counsel to nonprofit and for-profit organizations, helping clients address entity, contract, employment, and other general business matters alongside estate and succession planning needs.

Abigail Neal has practiced law in Arizona since 2008 and is admitted before the Arizona Supreme Court and the US District Court for the District of Arizona. She belongs to the Arizona State Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, and WealthCounsel.
