Abigail D. Hall is a dedicated family law attorney at Butler, Sevier, Hinsley & Reid PLLC, serving clients across Tennessee. Abigail represents individuals in a broad range of domestic legal issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, and post-divorce modification and enforcement. Her practice is rooted in both litigation and settlement, providing clients with strategic solutions and strong advocacy.

Abigail earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis, graduating cum laude in 2010. In 2014, Abigail earned her Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphries School of Law. While in law school, she was active on the Moot Court Board, contributed to the Mental Health Law & Policy Journal, and competed with the National Mock Trial Team. She also completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gina C. Higgins in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee.

Abigail Hall is admitted to practice in all counties throughout Tennessee. She also appears before the Western District of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court, where she currently has a matter pending. Her clients benefit from her focused legal strategy and her ability to achieve results at both trial and appellate levels.

In addition to her legal practice, Abigail serves the profession through leadership in local legal organizations. She is a past chair of the Memphis Bar Association’s Family Law Section and currently serves as Vice President of the Association of Women Attorneys. Abigail is also a national leader within Kappa Delta Sorority, reflecting her commitment to service and mentorship.
