Lindy D. Jones

Lindy D. Jones is a founding partner of Jones, Allen & Fuquay, L.L.P., where he has shaped the firm’s reputation for excellence in civil and business litigation since 1981. With decades of experience, Mr. Jones handles trials, appeals, and complex business transactions across various areas of law, including banking, finance, bankruptcy, and real estate.

A Texas native, Mr. Jones graduated with honors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1974. Mr. Jones was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in the same year and is licensed to practice before multiple U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
