About
Aaron M. Schlossberg is a New York attorney who focuses on complex commercial and insurance coverage matters. He represents corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and individual policyholders. As Managing Member, he handles serious disputes with careful planning, strong legal writing, and steady courtroom experience in state and federal courts.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2002. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The Johns Hopkins University in 1998. His education helped shape his clear writing, strong advocacy, and careful approach to business and insurance disputes.
Aaron gained valuable insight through a post-graduate judicial clerkship before working as an associate with two midtown Manhattan law firms. That experience gave him a strong base in litigation, contracts, and client service. He later opened his own office to serve clients with focused legal support.
Aaron handles business litigation, commercial litigation, contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, talent and entertainment agreements, real estate contracts, construction disputes, and insurance matters. He also helps clients with pre-litigation dispute resolution, outside counsel services, intellectual property disputes, employment law, business transactions, and insurance coverage analysis.
Aaron is a published author and seasoned presenter. His published work includes “Disclaim Promptly or an Uncovered Claim Can Become Covered,” Legal Insights, 2008. He also presented “Obtaining Civil Injunctive Relief” for the Columbia University Graduate Program in 2010, showing his depth in civil litigation.
Aaron M. Schlossberg is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted in New York State, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
