Jason Coutant

Jason Coutant is a shareholder at GableGotwals, where he practices banking and finance and corporate and securities law. He assists banks and financial institutions with structuring and documenting credit facilities. His experience includes commercial lending, real estate, construction, healthcare, oil and gas, Native American matters, and gaming industries.

Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Texas, with honors. He also earned a B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He advises privately held businesses and publicly traded companies on business formation, planning, securities offerings, SEC compliance, acquisitions, and dispositions across many industries and matters.

Jason represents clients in commercial and industrial lending, real estate transactions, and construction financing matters. He also works with clients in healthcare, oil and gas, and Native American industries, including gaming matters. His work includes acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters for businesses of many sizes across diverse markets.
