Brandon Bickle

Brandon Bickle is a Shareholder at GableGotwals. He practices bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He advises clients on contract and loan disputes, lien disputes, foreclosures, construction disputes, collections, workouts, and bankruptcy matters. He helps lenders, creditors, and businesses resolve difficult issues in court, in business, and outside court.

Brandon earned his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law, with highest honor. Named to the Order of the Curule Chair, received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence, serving on the Board of Advocates. He earned a B.S. in Social Science and History from Rogers State University.

Brandon handles litigation in state and federal courts. He represents local and national lenders, creditors, and businesses in loan defaults, workouts, collateral liquidation, and collections. His work involves many types of businesses and collateral. He also represents clients in bankruptcy cases across multiple industries and complex creditor matters.

Brandon has served as lead counsel for chapter 11 bankruptcy debtors in the construction and retail industries in Oklahoma, including cases in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. He has also served as bankruptcy counsel to natural gas utility companies in multiple jurisdictions on creditor-related issues nationwide.

Brandon is recognized by Best Lawyers, 2022-2026, for Banking and Finance Law, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, and Commercial Litigation. He was also named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2012-2020, in Bankruptcy and Business Litigation. These honors reflect his litigation and bankruptcy legal work today.

Brandon Bickle is admitted in Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Oklahoma federal district courts, and Texas federal district courts. He belongs to the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, and American Bankruptcy Institute. He teaches Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy at The University of Tulsa.
