Zeeshan earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he graduated with honors. His academic training provides a strong foundation for addressing intricate legal, regulatory, and commercial issues in investment management.

Zeeshan advises clients on establishing private investment funds in both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate funds, distressed funds, hybrid funds, and Shari’ah-compliant funds. His work supports sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle, from initial structuring through successful closings.
