Michael R. Perna

Michael R. Perna is a seasoned attorney and founding partner of Law Offices of Perna & Abracht, LLC, serving clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware. For decades, he has provided strategic legal guidance across a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury, business litigation, estate planning and administration, real estate law, and domestic issues. Mr. Perna, admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Colorado, is also licensed to appear before several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Commission of the European Communities in Brussels. He served as a lead attorney at the Mountain States Legal Foundation, where he handled complex public-interest litigation involving constitutional law, public lands, and Indian affairs.
