Elizabeth Rahn Gallucci is a partner focusing on transactional matters for private equity sponsors and growth investors. Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
