Zachary Holdsman is an accomplished attorney concentrating his practice on intellectual property law, including the prosecution, protection, and enforcement of valuable client assets. A registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Holdsman is known for delivering strategic guidance across a range of IP matters and litigation challenges.

Mr. Holdsman earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in intellectual property from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he received the Rising Advocate Scholarship and the Robert B. Washburn Intellectual Property Law Scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology, with minors in Sustainability and Technology Entrepreneurship, from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Before launching his private practice, Mr. Holdsman built deep experience at Spark Therapeutics, where he managed and prosecuted critical gene therapy intellectual property portfolios. He also brings a strong technical foundation from prior roles at Corteva Agriscience and from research laboratories focused on molecular genetics and environmental pathogen analysis.
