Wilson McGarry is a director in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group in Oklahoma City. He handles high-stakes civil and criminal matters, including complex commercial litigation and sensitive investigations for corporate and governmental entities. His practice also includes appellate work, white-collar defense, compliance lawsuits and disputes, and internal investigations. He brings substantial courtroom experience from both private practice and government service.
Wilson earned his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. He later received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a William J. Holloway Scholar and made the Dean’s Honor Roll. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2012 and is admitted before all three federal district courts in Oklahoma and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Wilson previously served for more than ten years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma. He tried numerous federal jury cases and argued multiple appeals before the Tenth Circuit. His prosecutorial work included bank fraud, wire fraud, violent crime, organized criminal enterprises, and asset forfeiture matters. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General for Oklahoma, representing state agencies, judicial officials, and government officers in civil matters.
Wilson McGarry received the 2024 Region 1 Association of Oklahoma Narcotics Enforcers Prosecutor of the Year Award for his work on a major organized crime investigation. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Federal Bar Association and serves on the William J. Holloway Scholarship Board. He continues to represent clients in complex litigation, investigations, appellate matters, and white-collar disputes.
