Thomas C. Williams

Thomas C. Williams is a Founding Partner and President of Robertson & Williams in Oklahoma City. He has practiced law for more than 45 years and works across probate, estate planning, oil and gas, real estate law, and civil litigation. He has extensive experience advising clients on property, energy, contractual, and estate-related matters and has earned an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Thomas earned his B.S. in Business from Oklahoma City University. He also attended the University of Oklahoma and the University of the Americas in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. He later received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the US District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.

Thomas has rendered thousands of real property and oil and gas title opinions during his career. He has also conducted trials involving a range of legal issues and has written or reviewed hundreds of contracts covering varied business and property matters. His practice draws on decades of experience with real estate transactions, mineral interests, estate matters, and civil disputes.

Thomas C. Williams is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Canadian County Bar Association. He also serves as Vice Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma and has held leadership roles within All Souls’ Episcopal Church. He continues to advise individuals and businesses on estate planning, probate, oil and gas, real estate, contract, and litigation matters.
