William earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. He received his B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago. While at Notre Dame, he served as Editor in Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review and received the O’Meara Award. After law school, he clerked for Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. of the United States Supreme Court, gaining invaluable experience at the highest level of the judiciary.
Throughout his career, William has handled major trial and appellate matters involving complex commercial and regulatory issues. His experience spans antitrust litigation, securities defense, and sports-related disputes. He has appeared before numerous federal appellate courts and has been appointed to influential committees, including the Federal Rules Standing Committee and advisory committees within the Ninth Circuit.
