Jacob Abrahamian is a commercial litigation attorney representing companies and individuals in complex civil matters across Arizona. He handles cases in both state and federal courts involving constitutional challenges, administrative law, contract disputes, trust litigation, and high-stakes commercial claims. A significant portion of his practice focuses on sports law, where he advises clients ranging from student athletes to professional teams and national governing organizations.
Jacob earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He received his B.S. in Marketing and Sports Business from Saint Louis University. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and was an active member of the Sports Law and Business Association. His academic performance reflects a strong foundation in legal writing, research, and analytical advocacy.
Following graduation, Jacob completed prestigious judicial clerkships at both the state and federal levels. He clerked for Judge Paul J. McMurdie at the Arizona Court of Appeals and for Judge John J. Tuchi at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. These clerkships provided valuable experience in complex litigation, appellate review, and procedural strategy across a broad range of legal issues.
