William H. Bittner is a senior partner at Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot with decades of experience representing businesses, organizations, and government entities in high-level legal and regulatory matters. Mr. Bittner earned his B.A. from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, before completing his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. He was admitted to practice law in Alaska in 1972 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the District of Columbia.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bittner served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Alaska in Anchorage, gaining valuable courtroom and public service experience. He later focused his practice on corporate, legislative, and government affairs, representing clients such as American Seafoods, Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation, and Alaska Central Express, Inc.
