Howard Lee Hill II is the office managing shareholder of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC in Jackson and a skilled real estate lawyer focused on real estate development, public finance, renewable energy, and economic development. Lee earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. He also holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration, summa cum laude, from Mississippi State University, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the same institution. This combination of legal training and policy knowledge provides him with a valuable perspective on addressing challenges at the intersection of business and government.

Lee has guided clients in affordable housing projects that use low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and new markets tax credits throughout his career.
