About
William D. Woodbury represents clients before New Hampshire’s state and federal courts. His practice includes family law, injured-worker claims, disability matters, employment disputes, construction cases, neighbor disputes, and land-use matters. He works to find practical and creative solutions that can serve clients’ needs now and in the future.
William earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of New Hampshire in 1995. He also received a one-year Certificate in Criminal Justice from McIntosh College in 1997, adding to his training.
William served as Managing Editor of the Syracuse Law and Technology Journal during law school. He was also co-director of the Grant Opportunities Public Interest Program and a teaching assistant in S.U.’s International Research and Writing Program. He also worked as a legal intern and law clerk during his legal training.
William represents women and men in family law matters, including divorce, child support, and relocation actions. He also represents injured workers, disabled individuals, and accident victims before the New Hampshire Department of Labor, Superior Court, Social Security Administration, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
William has received an AV Preeminent Badge. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Belknap County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. He serves as Belknap County Governor for the New Hampshire Bar Association and is Past President of the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
