William C. Penick IV

William C. “Charlie” Penick, IV, is a member of the commercial department and serves on the board of directors. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients in federal and state taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. His practice includes handling planning, operational, compliance, intellectual property, and disposition issues for businesses across industries such as telecommunications, construction, financial services, and engineering.

William C. Penick IV earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Accountancy degrees from the University of Mississippi’s Patterson School of Accountancy, followed by his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He went on to complete an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami. This strong academic foundation in accounting and law provides him with the knowledge to guide clients through complex corporate and tax-related matters.
