Warren Ken Rogers is a seasoned Mississippi lawyer with a broad practice that includes intellectual property, commercial transactions, banking, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has advised clients across industries such as telecommunications, petroleum, banking, and healthcare. Mr. Rogers earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 1989 and his M.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 1991. He completed his J.D., cum laude, at the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1998, where he was Associate Editor of the Law Journal and recipient of the Robert Khayat Award. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi, the federal district courts, and the Fifth Circuit.
