William (Bill) E. Pastor, III is a Charlotte, North Carolina, associate attorney who represents clients in criminal defense matters. His work included guardianship matters, estate distribution, and small business formation, giving him experience with clients facing varied legal needs. He also participated in the Criminal Law Society and Tort Law Society. After completing law school, he returned to North Carolina and began representing clients in criminal cases, applying his advocacy training to felonies, misdemeanors, and requests for expungement.

William (Bill) E. Pastor, III brings a service-oriented perspective to his legal practice. As an undergraduate, he served as president and philanthropy chairman of his fraternity, where his leadership supported nationally recognized fundraising efforts benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He also served on the university’s Interfraternity Council, joined the Order of Omega honor society, and volunteered in community service projects.
