W. David Mueller

W. David Mueller is the founder and an attorney at Mueller Law Group, LLC, with more than a decade of criminal defense law experience. He represents clients facing serious state and federal charges, including murder, sexual assault, child abuse, DWI, drug offenses, theft, violent crimes, sex crimes, and juvenile matters. David earned his J.D. from The George Washington University. He earned his B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Oglethorpe University. He is admitted in Missouri and Illinois, as well as several federal courts in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. Earlier in his career, he served in the Missouri Public Defender system, where he developed substantial courtroom experience representing individuals from varied backgrounds in serious criminal cases.

His work includes cases involving Title III wiretaps, homicide accusations, sexual assault, DWI, and theft-related charges.
