William B. Ingram

William B. Ingram is a shareholder who has represented corporate and individual clients in court since 2005. He appears in both federal and state courts and has achieved strong results through summary judgment, trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution in a wide range of legal matters.

William earned his J.D. from the University of Utah in 2005. He also received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah in 2002, graduating Cum Laude. His education provides a strong foundation for handling complex legal and financial issues in litigation.

William focuses on commercial litigation and business disputes. His work includes contract disputes, non-competition and non-disclosure covenants, trade secrets, partnership disagreements, product marketing issues, and other business and real estate disputes. He also represents clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal defense matters.

William is admitted to the Utah State Bar and practices before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He is also admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and Ninth Circuits, allowing him to handle appeals in federal courts.

William’s work also includes cases involving securities agreements, fraud claims, and property disputes. He has obtained summary judgment decisions that dismissed claims and clarified legal rights. His broad experience helps him understand each case and present clear and strong arguments.
