William earned his J.D. from the University of Utah in 2005. He also received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Utah in 2002, graduating Cum Laude. His education provides a strong foundation for handling complex legal and financial issues in litigation.
William focuses on commercial litigation and business disputes. His work includes contract disputes, non-competition and non-disclosure covenants, trade secrets, partnership disagreements, product marketing issues, and other business and real estate disputes. He also represents clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal defense matters.
William is admitted to the Utah State Bar and practices before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He is also admitted to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and Ninth Circuits, allowing him to handle appeals in federal courts.
