Will Towle

Will Towle is an experienced trial attorney whose practice encompasses business law, employment law, HOA law, and general civil litigation. He represents clients in complex business disputes, construction litigation, personal injury claims, and employment matters. His approach combines strategic advocacy with practical solutions tailored to businesses and individuals.

Will earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1992. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University in 1988. His academic foundation supports a litigation practice grounded in careful analysis, persuasive advocacy, and thorough preparation.

Currently serving as Managing Attorney and President of Ward & Towle Law, formerly Ward Law, PC, Will has led the firm since 2006. In this role, he advises business clients on transactions, formation, and commercial litigation, and provides comprehensive defense services for lawsuits across a wide range of industries.

Earlier in his career, Will operated his own firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for 8 years, expanding his practice to include business transactions, commercial litigation, and construction defect disputes. This entrepreneurial experience provides valuable insight when counseling business owners on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.

Will began his legal career as an associate at McGinn & Associates in Albuquerque, working closely with nationally recognized trial lawyer Randi McGinn. There, he handled wrongful death, catastrophic injury, employment discrimination, and appellate matters, gaining substantial courtroom and appellate experience.

Will Towle’s litigation background includes bench and jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as extensive appellate work. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Vermont and New Mexico and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, reflecting the breadth of his professional qualifications.
