Juliana E. Hoyt is the Managing Partner at Jarrett | Hoyt PLC in Vermont. Juliana earned her Graduation, cum laude, from Wellesley College before receiving her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, she served on the Law Review and was recognized as a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Woodbury College, strengthening her skills in negotiation, collaboration, and dispute resolution. Her academic training underpins her thoughtful, practical legal guidance for clients across Vermont and beyond.

Juliana began her legal career in Massachusetts in 1994 and later continued her practice in Vermont in 2010. Before co-founding her current firm, she served as Senior Counsel at Boston Law Collaborative, LLC. She is an experienced mediator in family and elder law, foreclosure matters, and agricultural and small business disputes. She also works with the USDA’s Agricultural Mediation Programs in Vermont and New Hampshire. Her mediation experience helps parties reach fair and lasting agreements through respectful, structured dialogue.

Juliana E. Hoyt is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and remains active in professional education. She presents at local workshops, bar association continuing legal education programs, and private organizations on estate planning, negotiation, collaborative law, mediation, and long-term care planning.
